Cancellation Policy

Both of our rentable properties adhere to Airbnb’s standard cancellation policy which is as follows-

Cancellation up to 5 days prior to check-in: Free
Cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in time: Full refund minus Airbnb’s service fee
Cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in: First night is non-refundable.
Note, if guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after cancellation are fully refunded.
